The shoes of different styles I've tried. The only shoe that has helped me build support in my ankles after 10 twists and sprains that left my ankles/knees/hips and back weak! Now they are all I buy or wear. Year round. Better than Nike, Adidas, Newbalance, Sketchers (which was a fav. of mine) and many others. If you are a woman, you owe it to yourself to find yourself a pair of Ryka's that fits your feet and lifestyle.
