My cousin and uncle had one when I went to one of his baseball games. my unlcle plays baseball with some friends often and told me that he had back pains. So he got a Phiten wrist band and it worked the first game. I got a wrist band the same day, put it on. It doesn't work instantly but after a day, it really kicks in. Your arm feels loose all day. REALLY WORKS!
