This is a good motor. I had recently made a motor mount for my 6 foot raft and decided to get this motor if you want a motor for a raft i recemend not getting anything stronger than this. it is too strong on it's lowest speed to fish. with this motor and a raft with about 230lbs in it it goes about 10mph at the highest speed. with a battery with 75 amp hours it lasts over 2 hours (haven't ran down the battery yet). I highly recemend this motor for small rafts and boats. this motor also went on sale right after i bought it and they gave me my money back in less than 1 minuet (Great service).
