Level wind pawl broke the first time I used it. It's a cheap part to replace, but that doesn't help you when you are out fishing.
Thankfully I didn't actually hook into a sturgeon that day on it. It broke just from the weight being pulled up.

I used this reel one fishing trip the thing broke. If you by okoma buy there more expensive reels or else you wont be happy. If you want a better real that is under 50$ then buy a Shakspeare
