Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I like these shorts and use them commuting to work. They are comfortable and have good padding and non-abrasive seems. I also like the fact that while they are still lycra the padding in the front provides good support and does not make you look like you are wearing a speedo, if you know what I mean. Only negative, difficult to find a medium in all longer thigh length. Reasonably priced.
