my tent has been well-used. i've had it for several years and it's still in the same condition as i bought it. it's tough, wind-resistant, waterproof (except for condensation), and very easy to transport and put together. the only problems i've run into is the size (great for one person - not as good for two people, or one person and a dog), the condensation, and the lack of ventilation in the summer. spring and fall are the best times of the year for this tent.
